'I'm a heavy flow girl and size XL.  I’ve had these undies for 2 cycles now. they’ve been great. I’m a 16/18 in American Eagle jeans so i ordered the XL in these undies and they fit comfortably. I’ve got wide hips and a big booty. I find period panties in general tend to fit smaller. These fit almost perfectly, maybe almost big. As for absorption, they have not leaked. The first 2 days of my period are usually heavy (for me that means bleeding through a super tampon and overnight pad in 2 hrs). I’ve worn a pair for about 12 hrs with no leaks. I also wore a pair overnight and no leaks. Love These. Highly Recommend! -Brittnee S
